the pen is more vicious

history cannot wipe away the black mark tails that betrays
their pharaoh’s hearts have hardened under the suns gaze
Their poisoned ink has blackened the hands of time
Surely the mandate of a power drunk elephant is a crime

Where are the masked super heroes
To combat immortalities infinite zeros

In endless immeasurable starving grief and certain pain
The ox are muzzled as they get fenced of from Narcissus grain
For those ox unbranded are misaligned and spurned
This creates the villenous and vermin the ignorant have learned

but the cowled story teller hides
The fact his coins have two sides

Just as Jezebel had two nurturing breast
Till the zombies in an ignorant orgy did feast
Destroying nourishment in a jealous active rage
So their brethren could rise up their degenerate voodoo sage

      • How about this one? ‘Easter 1916’ is another worth looking at.

        William Butler Yeats (1865-1939)
               THE SECOND COMING
            Turning and turning in the widening gyre
            The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
            Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
            Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
            The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
            The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
            The best lack all conviction, while the worst
            Are full of passionate intensity.
            Surely some revelation is at hand;
            Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
            The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
            When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
            Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
            A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
            A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
            Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
            Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.
            The darkness drops again but now I know
            That twenty centuries of stony sleep
            Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
            And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
            Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

    • lol yes ,also i guess we could also say the coin is still just spinning and the next time the coin is paused in four years it may when we look up or down be the other side we see, or as you pointed out the side of the coin ,i guess we should only worry when it hits rock bottom 😊 cheers ,i enjoyed your edgy view 😊

  1. Wonderful thing about a two-sided coin…Caesar is so vain, he only every looks at the side with his own image scratched into it. Completely ignores the backside…Lol

    Awesome, as usual. 🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🌿🍌🙈🎵🎶
