I was watching an Erin island thing on Ireland where legend had it, a peat log cutter could have two logs flying as he was cutting the third. nothing is like peat for the smell imparted to distilled adult beverage either..calcium bones being the taste of the water used to brew the gems too. both a spirit of earth each in it’s way.
